2. Independent information service

CrewVisa is not operated, endorsed, supervised, or approved by HM Government, the Home Office, or GOV.UK. Outputs may summarise or cite public official releases; that does not make this site an official government channel.

3. Not legal, immigration, or professional advice

Content (including conversational answers) is for general information only. It does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, or professional advice. For decisions affecting your visa, sponsorship, employment, or compliance, obtain advice from suitably qualified advisers (including OISC-regulated immigration advisers where applicable) and check current guidance on GOV.UK.

4. Licence to use the website

We grant you a limited, revocable licence to browse and use the site for your internal business or personal non-commercial exploration in line with these terms. You must not scrape, automate, probe, interfere with, overload, reverse engineer beyond applicable law, or attempt to circumvent security or rate limits beyond what we expressly permit (for example documented APIs you are authorised to use).

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the site unlawfully or abusively — including transmitting malware, infringing intellectual property, harassing others, submitting unlawful personal data without authority, misrepresenting affiliation with HM Government / HealthCrew, or probing for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated vulnerability disclosure process we operate. 6. Accuracy and updates

Official policies, statistics methodology, thresholds, fees, and systems change frequently. Retrieval and generative summaries can be incomplete or become outdated. Operators should monitor source releases from the Home Office and GOV.UK and reconcile before operational decisions.

7. Intellectual property

HealthCrew / CrewVisa branding, UI compilation, explanatory text on this layer, software, and original documentation belong to us or our licensors. Open Government Licence material remains subject to OGL conditions where applicable — do not confuse our licence with licences over underlying government data itself.

8. Third-party services and links

The site links to GOV.UK and may integrate third-party tooling (such as analytics or AI providers) subject to privacy & data and cookies. Those services have separate terms — review them independently.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except where statute prohibits exclusion or limitation (including statutory consumer rights such as conformity with descriptions for digital content where Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies), the site and its content are provided as is without warranties or guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and cap direct losses at the lesser of GBP 100 and fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if none, GBP 100) — revise with counsel according to risk profile and contractual reality.

10. Suspension and changes

We may suspend features, impose usage limits, or change or withdraw the site — including for regulatory, operational, abuse-prevention, or security reasons — with reasonable notice where practicable. We may revise these terms; posting an updated effective date constitutes notice unless stricter contractual notice applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction; mandatory consumer protections elsewhere remain unaffected where applicable law chooses the consumer forum.
